3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed invoice, proposal, or contract.

  • Services are provided strictly on an advance payment basis unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.

  • All payments are non-refundable, except where expressly agreed upon by Swift Advertisers in writing.

4. Confidentiality

We value and respect your privacy.

  • All client information, data, and project details will be treated as confidential.

  • Information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Termination

Swift Advertisers reserves the right to terminate any agreement or ongoing service if:

  • The client breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • The client engages in unlawful, unethical, or inappropriate behavior.

In case of termination due to client breach, no refunds will be issued for any payments made.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated to clients via email or our official website. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swift Advertisers will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Losses resulting from third-party platforms, changes in algorithms, or external service disruptions beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
